The one time i try to go to the bank they close early with only a paper note on the door.
The bank tellers at my branch are great! The “back office” customer service is TERRIBLE. I have a pretty simple problem as a check was keyed in wrong when I deposited by teller. IT has been 3 weeks and it is still NOT fixed! The tellers can’t call the back office that fixes this- they can email and still get no answer or response. At one point they credited my acct and then guess what- they took it back a few days later. The back office didn’t even explain why they did it. Manager is absolute garbage. This bank is outdated and needs to go. Close your accounts and go elsewhere!!
Worst banking experience ever. Can't deposit or withdraw into my account without always having to verify, security worse than google itself. Then I go to withdraw at the actual bank and the whole system is down. Do yourself a favor and bank with somebody else
