I came in today for a simple request and Missy helped everything go amazingly wonderful. I was greeted by Calvin with an amazing smile. Shortly after I sat with Dede to go over other things that could benefit me. This is the best branch ever!!!!
I came into this branch location after visiting a couple others with an issue I was having. It’s almost like they solved the problem before I can even elaborate. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Dee Dee was amazing and Calvin went above & beyond. I would drive past every Regions bank just to get serviced here at the Deerfield Beach location :) 100 stars
I've banked here for over 20 years. Just recently been bombarded with phone calls about opening a credit card with them I never applied for and do not want. Told the first person no and got more calls. Completely unprofessional to repeatedly call someone after they tell you they are not interested.
It was just a simple deposit, but it regions. I always experience exactly that I a no hassle transaction.
