STAY AWAY FROM CONWAY REGIONS BANKS – I have banked with Regions for several years in Bryant AR and have recommended them to many people as a wonderful bank. Being in finance, I have often referred my customers to Regions and even driven them up to the Bryant branch to open an account. Recently I moved to Conway and have had nothing but trouble. Non-standard banking fees – Take a look at the bank's fee schedule before opening an account. These, along with many less than stellar customer reviews, are available online. There are many banks to choose from, including a number of global banks, with considerably fewer and lower fees.

Best bank I've used – Of the banks I've used, Regions is definitely my favorite. I use the Ballwin branch the most. All the staff has been so great, especially Matt and Will and Angie. The main thing that has set Regions apart for me is their customer service. Any time I've had a problem with my account, they have been so quick to help me resolve it. BEWARE - Stay away from this bank! – I recently opened a checking and savings account with this bank because one of their representatives showed up at my job. I was told their savings interest rates where higher than most banks which ended up being a lie. I was not told that you must keep account open for atleast 6 months or you will be charged $25 fee for each account you close... I was not given the fine print or anything and i feel like I was mislead.... I NEVER HEARD OF A BANK CHARGING $25 FEE TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT...
The customer service is exceptional at Regions Bank! – Every one is so friendly and I feel like they actually care about me as a person. It's nice to be more than just a number.
