I love banking @Regions Bank since 2015.I visited last in Hiram location.,In my experienced in any location I visited , ,tellers/associates are always have good customer service so far.
Racist Bank teller! Went through drive thru to get a direct deposit form. Staff told me i have to come inside even though i got them from other locations through the drive thru multiple times and i have my id and acct info . Came inside went to counter same staff told me to go sit down and she would call someone to help but never called anyone. As i waited for help sitting down multiple other customers came inside after me and that same staff helped them with their transactions one after the other and i was still waiting sit... read more
