Racist Bank teller! Went through drive thru to get a direct deposit form. Staff told me i have to come inside even though i got them from other locations through the drive thru multiple times and i have my id and acct info . Came inside went to counter same staff told me to go sit down and she would call someone to help but never called anyone. Called on 2 different occasions for the phone to ring then I go into the branch and it’s not even busy opened account 2 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my debit card and they don’t offer any temp cards till you receive the original and they said 3-5 business days it’s been 2 weeks of my money sitting and I can’t do nothing about it unless I come up to the branch for each transaction and they supposedly can’t track the card and don’t even bother going to the Douglasville 1 there even worse and rude this isn’t a bank I reco... read more

Love banking with Regions in Hiram, Ga. They always have done an excellent job handling my issues. Love that I can get a card when someone thinks it’s okay to charge my card for something I didn’t do. 4 years now with them and have had nothing but great service, thank you Patrick Jones for going over and beyond so I didn’t have to come in for a second time. Keep up with the awesome work you guys provide..
