My mother passed away , and I needed to close 2 accounts that my name was already on. This was at 3:15 pm on a Friday . There were no workers in the 6 offices, 4 bank tellers . The two bank tellers that spoke with me obviously had no clue what they were doing because I told them I was on the accounts and I had the death certificates. Not to mention the attitudes they had speaking with their faces . I chose to wait for the bank personnel to return from lunch .
