Ridiculously slow service. This is the only regions open on Saturday, there are 20 customers waiting in line, but two ladies actually working the crowd. One lady handling the drive through one lady handling the customers in line. There are more workers in the building they are just standing around talking and wasting time not being helpful. The trash service is enough to make me go to another bank.

Regions seems to be struggling only 3 banks in most branches I've seen also I'm African American and I seem to be rushed off everytime I come to speak to banker Abt general questions or issues Caucasian customer get the 1 on 1 treatment kinda suspicious you know leaning towards racism???
