We will be moving all our accounts. Twice now my boys have deposited cash into their accounts inside the bank and the next day the money is not there. They have had to take their receipts in just to get their money back. If they had lost those receipts their money would have been gone. This last time it has taken days to get his money back.
John did a great job of assisting me with my odd request. Didn't take too long and was super helpful
The lines at the drive thru are ridiculous. Had to wait 37 minutes for one transaction. This branch needs new management. This happens consistently.
I went in to talk to someone about my account really nice young man named Andrew was super nice and helpful when he couldn't do what I asked if he could do he went and talked to his manager and she said yes she could help me give her a couple of minutes and so we talked while we waited super friendly and then everything was fixed thank goodness so would recommend going to this branch really wonderful people
