Very disappointed in the service, location and management. A week before today my spouse and i spoke with a manager at this branch to discuss CDs, terms, rates, etc.. we scheduled an appointment for a week later at 5pm to bring the requested documentation and start the CD..i verified the time and date and the manager confirmed before leavingthat day.....upon arrival today at 445pm the doors were lock. We will be moving all our accounts. Twice now my boys have deposited cash into their accounts inside the bank and the next day the money is not there. They have had to take their receipts in just to get their money back. If they had lost those receipts their money would have been gone. This last time it has taken days to get his money back. Update: the manager made it right and takes care of my boys when they go in now.

John did a great job of assisting me with my odd request. Didn't take too long and was super helpful
The lines at the drive thru are ridiculous. Had to wait 37 minutes for one transaction. This branch needs new management. This happens consistently.
