Overall, great location! Dedicated Teller Crew who make customers feel appreciated.
This is THE BEST BANK I've been to in a very long time. The Tellers are very helpful and understanding. They have helped me so much.
They refused to cash a check from an account. I knew the money was in that account. They charged me five dollars because I did not have my own account. Do open at Regions account unless you believe your signature is not your word.
When I arrive for the first time asked question for a deposit slip and a gentleman came to help none was on te desk so he made his way to a teller to get some behind the teller and apposite for the inconvenience there wasnone on display.I felt good there was some one that was glad to help.
This was the first time, I used this branch before and want again! This teller needs sensitivity training 101! It was a depressing experience for me this day. I never use this branch as stated, I live close to the Bell Aire Mall bank. Regions in general is the BEST bank in town it's just this day and teller wasn't for me!
