This was the first time, I used this branch before and want again! This teller needs sensitivity training 101! It was a depressing experience for me this day. I never use this branch as stated, I live close to the Bell Aire Mall bank. Regions in general is the BEST bank in town it's just this day and teller wasn't for me!

I came into the branch because I tore some mail and it had a check in it so I was able to come in and let the banker know the situation and within a day he was able to get it resolved. Mr. Anthony was very polite and very helpful and I’m grateful.
Down to earth service, they made us feel at home yet she was focused and efficient.
