Visited this branch after other branch on Airport refused to assist me with cashing a check from the county. Andrew, along with the manager went above and beyond to verify and correct the issue for me.
Came to this location after speaking on the phone with regions “customer service” for an hour to no avail. Kaila immediately greeted me when I walked in and was quick to offer her help. She was polite, professional, and truly seemed like she wanted to help me. Didn’t yield the result I had hoped for, but, she took the time to listen and find answers to my questions. I had planned on closing all of my accounts this visit… Kaila single handedly prevented that!
I really hate coming to this location on Saturday because everyone can withdraw hundreds of dollars but I was told by Andrea that I couldn’t even get $ 50 in fives when I gave her more then $50 in fives in deposits please make it make sense.
