I needed to go into a branch to dispute some fraudulent charges and was quickly and helpfully assisted by Codey with remedying the matter. My experience for this interaction was exceptional. I appreciated the ease with which the matter was able to be resolved.
I'm new to regions but the initial meetings I had to get my accounts set up for my small business went great, without a hitch. The rep I worked with is top notch and covered all the details. I'm excited to work with them.
I had been a Regions customer for over 15 years. This branch and its incompetent, rude, and uneducated staff lost my business. They are the worst. Gladly moved my business to Together Credit Union, where they are friendly, professional, have WAY better rates and incentives for members. It was not easy to switch and I am still having to take steps to close my account (even though they said they closed it, they did not), I am glad to be moving my business from this abysmal excuse of banking.
