I recently opened an account with Regions Bank. I found everyone in the bank to be extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. In fact, I would say they went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. Great experience, great bank! I would recommend Regions Bank to anyone.
**Worst experience ever.** This is not the first time I’ve visited this location, and it’s consistently disappointing. Last time I came in, the staff were judgmental and completely unwelcoming. I’m generally not treated this way anywhere else—especially not at other Regions locations, where the staff is professional and respectful. At this visit, there was no acknowledgment at all, and nobody helped or even greeted me. I ended up walking out because the experience was so uncomfortable. **I would avoid this location.
Upset about someone getting the numbers off my debit card. Regions was awesome! Took care of the problem and insured that the old cards information gone.I trust Regions in today's world! They made me feel comfortable and safe.
