Only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option, horrible bank , Outrageous atm fees and Outrageous mobile deposit fees that’s all there about is how much fees they can get from you and they dont care if they lose you as a customer, very disappointed and would never ever ever ever recommend this bank to any one , i tried to call the number they replied with and of course its just a prompt recording lazy way to help the customer with your response

I needed to go into a branch to dispute some fraudulent charges and was quickly and helpfully assisted by Codey with remedying the matter. My experience for this interaction was exceptional. I appreciated the ease with which the matter was able to be resolved.
