Attentive, caring staff from the tellers to the bank manager. I have never before received such personalized attention and advice from a bank. I will not change to any other bank because of the staff at Regions,Archer Road, Gainesville.

After asking some questions She then transferred me to Dj which was a huge help. Both should receive recognition for a job well done. Told that my account was closed because of "wire fraud". I AM a good person and would never do anything that they are saying. So, I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.
This is the worst bank in the world. My father died and I have been trying to close his bank account down for 9 months. I have his drath certificate, and I am the executive of his estate. But everyone has one excuse or another, from they don't know how to close the account, to they can't find the account, to they need a manager and it's been months and they still haven't had a manager at multiple locations.
