Told that my account was closed because of "wire fraud". I AM a good person and would never do anything that they are saying. So, I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone.
This is the worst bank in the world. My father died and I have been trying to close his bank account down for 9 months. I have his drath certificate, and I am the executive of his estate. But everyone has one excuse or another, from they don't know how to close the account, to they can't find the account, to they need a manager and it's been months and they still haven't had a manager at multiple locations. So I received these two in the mail about my account that i recently posted about they sent a letter in the mail saying how they are going to close my account and it’s a restricted on my account mind you my account been restricted since my funds posted they put a no debit no credit it’s been a year going on two years now I haven’t been able to get my funds I recently deposited 50 dollars on there also that went thru but I’m still not able to use my own money so they sent an debit card to my house in the mail but I’m confused... read more
