“I’ve always had great experiences at Regions Bank. The staff is usually amazing, attentive, and helpful, and the manager is incredible. However, my recent visit was disappointing. I went in for a wire transfer when the branch was empty, yet I ended up waiting a long time. The assistant manager was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me they were in a meeting and that I had to wait without any clear timeframe. This is unacceptable. Llegué a la sucursal, solo a buscar una tarjeta de débito paga imprimir, el banco vacío solo una persona atendiendo la cual se demoró más de una hora con un solo cliente, una sola persona para atención al cliente en un banco es algo absurdo definitivamente yo he estado en otras sucursales con mejor servicio. Pésima atención si buscan resolver algo es mejor elegir otra. Y por cierto no llegué en una hora pico, llegué 10:00 am
