Bad experience with the lady name Margarita she said she is the manager , but honestly she doenst act like it. No good customer service and such an horrible banking in genereal. I called customer service I was 47 minutes and 29 seconds on hold .
I have an account at Regions, I have used a different branches in the past, no complaints. But this branch is GREAT, fast service, friendly tellers and management. They will give you their direct number and ask you to call them with any questions or concerns. I love it!
