I absolutely love banking here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Any time I've had an issue, it was quickly resolved.
Martha treated me very well, took her time to explain account details and suggested very good alternatives. She understood my requirements and provide inputs. She was very impressive. Martha introduced me with other staff members. I really felt special and believe to find the bank which I was looking for. The branch is neat and clean. The staff members are nice, greet everyone coming to the branch. Overall I felt very positive to be in the Keller branch and would surely recommend to my friends.
If your account drops to zero they will "soft close" your account so you will even lose access to zelle and wont even be able to send money into the account through Zelle.
Drive thru was decent. Didn't need to wait too long
Worthless bank. Absolutely no benefits but a whole bunch of fees.
