I absolutely love this bank and the employees. They are amazing and knowledgeable, and so very helpful. I have been a Regions customer for a very long time, and always will be. Tyler is absolutely amazing.
I visited Regions Bank today to get a new card printed, following the guidance from a customer service representative over the phone. As someone from outside Texas, I expected a straightforward process, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Although I remained calm while expressing my concerns, the representative assisting me seemed visibly frustrated and anxious throughout our interaction. I absolutely love banking here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Any time I've had an issue, it was quickly resolved.
Martha treated me very well, took her time to explain account details and suggested very good alternatives. She understood my requirements and provide inputs. She was very impressive. Martha introduced me with other staff members. I really felt special and believe to find the bank which I was looking for. The branch is neat and clean. The staff members are nice, greet everyone coming to the branch. Overall I felt very positive to be in the Keller branch and would surely recommend to my friends.
