I have been with Regions since January 2023. I did realizedthat banks with this level of customer service exist any longer. Jerry, the Branch Manager at Collins Street, is always welcoming and helpful, and makes you feel like family! I have moved most of my banking business to Regions as the result of the amazing customer service I have received from Shelley and Jerry. Regions should be proud to have both of them as employee; they are one in a million and provide the highest level of customer service.
