I have been with Regions since January 2023. I did realizedthat banks with this level of customer service exist any longer. Jerry, the Branch Manager at Collins Street, is always welcoming and helpful, and makes you feel like family! I have moved most of my banking business to Regions as the result of the amazing customer service I have received from Shelley and Jerry. Regions should be proud to have both of them as employee; they are one in a million and provide the highest level of customer service.

Jesus and Shelly are amazing! This is long overdue! I had opened in account about a year ago at the Keller location and when I say they left such a bad taste in my mouth, I ended up closing my account with them. Some months later I went to the Arlington to location! I was treated so well by Jesus and Shelly that I ended up reopening the account. Thank you Jesus and Shelly!
