I was very satisfied with the customer service me and my husband received. Employee should received an increase or some type of recommendation for having excellent customer service.
Krystal is amazing! I had a few bumps in the road with my check and account but she handled everything with ease and was so sweet during the process! Thankful to have had a good teller take care of me today.
Went to this Regions for the first time and Miss Hux was very rude. I tried a few times to make small talk and she completely ignored me like I was a peasant. I asked kindly if she was having a bad day and she replied that she was actually having a good day so I guess this is standard operating procedure for her. This behavior is totally unprofessional and a complete contrast to my Regions in Denham Springs and other Regions I've been to in Baton Rouge
