Very helpful
Hammond branch by the party store is pathetic. I've been dealing with regions for over 25 years. Just recently I've encountered problems at this branch. On this past Sunday I went to deposit $500 at the atm, the atm took the 5 -$100 bills but only deposited $100. I got a receipt out the atm reading a problem occurred and it couldn't return the other $400. So I contacted that branch their saying the have to file a dispute and it could take up to 10 days to get my money back. I hate regions it's always something with regions. ... read more
Employees were friendly and professional.
Not friendly workers like they were when I first opened account. Will be closing all business accounts and moving them to a more customer friendly bank.
I’ve been with Regions for 4 years, I love the fact that they don’t charge you for another card if something happens to the one you have, some banks charge you after the first free card, I also like the way the employees don’t make you wait, they all have a great attitude and they are very knowledgeable, I love the way Regions will put a hold on a transaction if they think it’s suspicious or fraudulent and contact you about it, since I’ve been with them I’ve had to get a new card 4 times last year because someone was trying ... read more
