My step father passed away. He had a pay upon death set up on his account for my mother. We went in and talked with the bank manager on 6/24/25 at 3:30 in the afternoon. She said her probate department had to review it. We waited two days with no response. We are back in the bank today 6/27/25 and they are refusing to pay the funds. Worst customer service, worst attitudes...I called about a month ago ordering a large sum of money. I knew ahead of time they do not carry over 10k at a time and must be ordered. I spoke with a women who said I needed to come in and order which was bs. I knew this was bs because sarasota regions off clark had no problem ordering for me with no issues.
