If I could give 0 stars I would. I have 2 business accounts with Regions. To say the least it’s been a nightmare. 4 times they have allowed my account to get hacked by the same Walmart scheme, $250 each time. 4 times I have asked them to shut off my debit cards and they didn’t. Today I couldn’t close my accounts because the charges are pending again. They need to be disputed for the 4th time, same amount. Then I can close my accounts and get my money back all while they continue to charge my account $7 per business account. ... read more
I came in because I needed help finishing a application that I couldn't finish online. The loan officer(I'm guessing is her title) was helping serve customers but she acknowledged me and told me it would be a few min. I said that's fine. Within I'm guessing 5 min tops she called me over and helped me finish my app. I appreciate her help just wish I could remember her name. Would definitely recommend this office.
I made an appointment to upgrade my account and was paired up with Andrea. He was truly helpful and took his time explaining the ins and outs of my account. I really appreciated his time and patience, and I would highly recommend banking with him due to his extensive knowledge and attentiveness. Thank you Andrea!
Not only was the lady at the desk beyond rude, but this entire bank is ridiculous to deal with! The 4 months we’ve had them has been HELL! I recommend going to a homeless person for your banking before going to regions!
Had a great experience at this location. This was my first time going into the branch for assistance and the customer service was excellent! Chad was the representative that helped me, he was extremely prompt in following up, courteous, and even offered great advice for future transactions. This bank offers extremely low loan rates for consolidation or auto loans.
