Horrible bank. They switch to Appointment only out of nowhere. There was a line of angry and confused people at the door.
The level of customer service is not good at all. I represent a company and when I came to get a large change order, other people were served before me. Communicate with me, let me know what was going on so I would have a better understanding. I hope the company I represent changes banks quickly.
Male teller was not very eager to help me or the gentleman in front of me.
