I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Stephen at Regions. He is by far the least professional banker I’ve ever encountered. Instead of providing service, he spends time gossiping about customers with this coworkers and it’s clearly obvious and loud. When I’ve come in, he doesn’t greet me—even when it’s obvious he sees me. Terrible customer service
The people who work here are so friendly, helpful, and patient. I had to visit twice in one day & both representatives were amazing. If you ever visit here, ask for Renae Turley or Michael Smith and you will not be disappointed at all!
Horrible experience. Rude incompetent personel, Kiara was unprofessional in Buckhead Atlanta location. I faced hatred attitude .
