Update: I went back to the same bank requesting a new card and the same guy was there. He was still very rude and instead of setting my card correctly with my first and last name he places my name as “Whoever”. I will be turning this in to the branch manager.
This is probably the worst location and bank ever . 12/29 I sign online to open a personal account with regions and the next day I came to this location to deposit funds. The next day my account is on hold and the bankers not telling me no explanation what so ever . I ask for my funds that I deposit in cash to be returned . I was told I have to wait for an investigator to give an answer to the banker and idk how long that takes . I was suppose to be contacted via email or phone no response. Customer service sucks. Very rude and impolite employees. New staff is needed ASAP!
Signs at bank state open until 9pm but internet shows closed!
