Regrettably, I have already forgotten the young gentlemen's name who attended to my inquiry this week. However, I can say with conviction that he was a very focused, accommodating-- an on purpose gentleman who was able to answer all of our questions and proceed to accommodate the account which are opened. I will say that a few questions have come up since whatur times at the site which was the Preston Center Location. This session was a success. Santiago was very helpful in helping me open my business account! He answered all my questions, gave me resources, was very kind, and made me feel at ease through the entire process. There was no wait time and all employees I interacted with were very respectful.
Drove over 30 mins, even though I tried to call first. I called for over an hour and no one answered the phone. All to be told their cash machine is down. Disappointment at its finest! Customer service is really going down the drain these days!!
