The absolute worst location of all regions in all of Dallas, Plano, Garland, and nearby areas. I have visited the same location a handful of times and every single time they are never able to help me because a person that is qualified to help is not there. I have been on different days and times and it’s always the same thing. And don’t even get me started on the mumbling of the bank teller I dealt with today. Never again stepping foot in this bank.

I have a personal checking account with Regions. The bank and this branch are the best. Marie specifically is such a joy. She is very easy to talk with, she keeps me in the loop. She is always smiling and she has been there forever, so she knows everything. It is really hard to find a bank with such great customer service. Customer for life. Thanks Marie
