Will never in my life bank with regions again My husband and I got a bank account here. Told me they dont run your credit to get a bank account. A week later after my husbands check is deposited they called and told me our account was frozen and I either needed to have my husaband stay on the account by his self or it was going to stay closed if I didn't remove myself. We needed a joint account not my husband on one alone. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this bank They could do better.
They are always friendly and helpful. Most of the bankers remember me.
Bradley Square Branch is my go to for any of my banking needs. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. Tim is a super nice guy. He goes above and beyond with everything that you may need.
Literally had to call over 10 times to try and get my card unlocked before they closed for the weekend and they don’t even have anybody that can do it there even though they don’t close for another 30 minutes won’t answer the phone to give me corporate’s number
