Worst experience I’ve had with a bank (system) For starters they charge you for every bit they can, other banks don’t do that (e.g Chase). If you’re deciding to open an account here as a Student, do yourself a favor and don’t. I initially opened my account with my VISA. And then I updated my address and provided my SSN (which they have a copy of). Turns out the person in charge of marking I was al set (or something similar) didn’t do it and they didn’t update my mailing address along (this is going to be important later). Th... read more
Worst Regions branch I've ever visited. Once they tried charging me $50 for transferring my money between my checking and savings. Another time they had "no cash on hand" and then cashed out the person behind me. Finally they cancelled my debit card after going to Walmart, and then argued with me that I shouldn't need another before printing me one. I refuse to go here any longer

Slowest Region bank location. Will have a line out the door as well as all seats full and only have one bank teller. Waited over an hour to make a cash deposit. Will be closing my business account with Regions.
These folks are my neighbors. Wouldn’t bank with anyone else.
