I've lived in Fort Myers Florida for 66 years and have used Regions Bank of Port Charlotte Florida before I returned to Fort Myers Florida and unfortunately I used a membership Bank and a couple of other large financial institutions that I really regret using after the worst experience with the employees and the way they handled their customers.Well I'm back at the BEST one and could not be happier. I usually go inside to handle any transactions. I have already been addressed from friendly, happy associates. Quickly ready to serve my needs and were considerate and efficient.

today when i went to regions i was refused when i tried to withdrawl small amount of my money from a cashier check when i have been able to do so at this branch previously. would not recommend this bank and suggest that you steer clear. the staff is rude and honestly pretty ignorant. i have recieved counterfeit money from this bank before and have dealt with the embarrassment and shame of trying to pay for items with fake currency. i had the cops called on me for this and the bank refuses to acknowledge their wrong doings wh... read more
Will be moving to another branch I been banking with regions for more than 10 years but unfortunately ever since Sidney which used to be this branch manager left the staff they have here now is unhelpful and rude never can resolve an issue I have had a check on hold for 2 weeks and have call customer service and they have told me the branch manager should resolve the issue for me but has never resolve anything I will be going to another financial institution where I can get all my accounts handled correctly.
