I like to bank here
today when i went to regions i was refused when i tried to withdrawl small amount of my money from a cashier check when i have been able to do so at this branch previously. would not recommend this bank and suggest that you steer clear. the staff is rude and honestly pretty ignorant. i have recieved counterfeit money from this bank before and have dealt with the embarrassment and shame of trying to pay for items with fake currency. i had the cops called on me for this and the bank refuses to acknowledge their wrong doings wh... read more
Will be moving to another branch I been banking with regions for more than 10 years but unfortunately ever since Sidney which used to be this branch manager left the staff they have here now is unhelpful and rude never can resolve an issue I have had a check on hold for 2 weeks and have call customer service and they have told me the branch manager should resolve the issue for me but has never resolve anything I will be going to another financial institution where I can get all my accounts handled correctly. These branches and management are why I am making a transition to another financial institution.
It's not this place inparticularly. ITS REGIONS AS A WHOLE!. I had an account with Regions in Ft Myers Florida for 6 years. I know we are supposed to have fraud protection. Our account got hit by fraudsters and even though we did everything we're supposed to they charged us anyway. So I go into our local bank and pay off everything and close the accounts and now one month later I get another charge. REGIONS IS Garbage.
