Honestly I would not even give these bank a one star. I just opened an account in July and in August without not telling me anything it was closed . They are also very strict when releasing your money and the checks takes a while to be available . I will never go back with this back ever again.
Terrible customer service
I've lived in Fort Myers Florida for 66 years and have used Regions Bank of Port Charlotte Florida before I returned to Fort Myers Florida and unfortunately I used a membership Bank and a couple of other large financial institutions that I really regret using after the worst experience with the employees and the way they handled their customers.Well I'm back at the BEST one and could not be happier. I usually go inside to handle any transactions. I have already been addressed from friendly, happy associates. Quickly ready to serve my needs and were considerate and efficient.
