Horrible bank. They hit you when and how they chose. Ever since the merger, the customer service has become worse and worse. They do not give loans, even though the other banks we checked at were more than willing to do so. Avoid going there if you can. The numerous locations make the bank convenient, but not worth it. I had fraudulent charges posted to my account and they failed to refund all the overdraft fees caused by the charges.
