I had a very disappointing experience with this bank. The customer service is extremely poor, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they made the situation more frustrating. They also close earlier than their stated business hours, which is very inconvenient. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
I had a very frustrating experience at this bank. I arrived at 4:56 PM to make a business deposit, well before their stated 5:00 PM closing time, and was turned away because they said they were already closed. If your hours say 5:00 PM, customers should be able to complete transactions until then—not be denied service minutes before. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
