Getting access to my account after losing my wallet has been a nightmare. The Miami Gardens branch made it worse. I am always apprehensive about going into the branch for anything. I drove further to the Miami Lakes branch. Jose Vigoa solved my issue in five minutes. This is the best Regions branch. Huge difference in customer service. Thanks Jose.
Always amazing experience personally and now came with my daughter to open a new account and everyone was courteous and friendly. Andres Junco, branch manager, opened the account. True professional. 2nd time working with him. Wonderful experience. Alexa friendly teller did the deposit. All star team! ⭐️
Not enough tellers , one for drive thru , another one for walking customers. Waited close to 15 minutes, to approach teller , handicapped, walking with cane , stood at the queue, no one approached or made an effort to assist , poor customer service, the other employees on floor didn’t even bothered to look at queue. I will not return to regions lobby in Miami Lakes unless is of the out most necessity. At chase in Miami lakes they trea customer s with my issues with great care!! Regións pay attention !! Dissatisfied client !!
