I have been banking with Regions Bank and Called Customer service several times since I started banking with Regions 7 months ago besides some of the branches inside with a Bank teller or drive thru being somewhat busy on certain days but that just tells Me alot of people bank at Regions and are Satisfied with there overall banking experience as well as I am overall experience 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐
I’ve been a customer since early 2000s and I needed to get a form notarized with the DMV. I had birth certificate and social security card with me and they still wouldn’t help me out. Every job I’ve had my checks have been deposited with Regions and they couldn’t help me out with something this simple.
Amazing staff, so friendly and knowledgeable about all things discussed during our visit.
