Very friendly and professional personnel. Seems to be very genuine and honest.
It wasn't bad. It was lunch and only 2 tellers. A 3rd finally walked in and we moved a little faster. There were only 3 customers waiting.
I have banked with Regions for over 5 years and have always been pleased with their products, services and employees. I have no plans to ever switch banks.
