I have been banking with Regions bank for 20+ years. All of my banking has been with the Ft. Oglethorpe since they closed the LaFayette branch. I have never had a bad experience of any kind. All of employees have been very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and professional.
Pulled over after receiving some bad news on a phone call earlier in the morning. Was told I had to leave the premises immediately or be arrested since it was close to opening time, even after I explained to them.
The people that work here are the best especially Brittany, she has helped me 2 or 3 times opening a new account
