Without going into too much detail, I would love to share my experience with Nickol. I was experiencing a lot of confusion and anxiety around a financial situation that occurred. And although my outcome wasn’t ideal, her level of compassion and empathy really impacted me. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her to address any of your banking concerns. It was our first time meeting today, and I am so thankful she was the representative I was scheduled with.
Very friendly and attentive staff. They actually care and want to help with your specific needs.
They only have two people working the counter and they send one of them on lunch. They also charged me a fee for cashing a check because I was a non-account holder there because I bank at a different Institution which is against Georgia "Georgia law at issue, by its terms, prohibits a financial institution, including an FCU, from charging a fee for cashing a check or share draft drawn on it. O.C.G.A. § 7-1-239.5" I will be filing a complaint with the state regulator
Very unhelpful
My card got locked because of a purchase I make every week and the fraud department locked it. I tried to talk to them through message on the app but nobody seemed to be working to unlock my card. Regions is a joke. Go to someone else if you can.
