Please forward to CEO. I have always had a wonderful experience with the loan officers until today. We made an appointment on Friday with loan officer Kyle Miller to meet with him on Monday at 3PM. Upon arriving at the bank Kyle was out to lunch and did not return until 3:27PM. In the meantime Lee Lakins stepped up and took us to his desk and started the loan.
