We were greeted upon entry and as we explained our needs we were immediately directed to a representative that listened patiently then provided direction, guidance and making recommendations curtailed to our specific needs. We would absolutely highly recommend Regions not just for day to day banking but for trusted hometown service with your specific needs in mind. This is the worst bank I’ve ever been in. Just to try and get a bill exchanged….if you aren’t a customer, they don’t give you the time of day. If I ever even considered banking with them…that cinched it for me. Never!!! What a splendid way to try and draw in potential customers. Think twice before dealing with them!
