The bank was closed , I rushed to get a deposit made & Ms.Traci helped me out & was nice even tho I arrived at 5:02 when the bank closes at 5 P.M lol
Employees here clearly aren’t bothering to show up to work. Website clearly shows they are open, but nobody is inside. Go to another branch.
Called them to get a new card, they were extremely short with me. Very rude!
This is the worst bank I have ever been to. I took my client there to assist with account info. They were extremely rude to me and I believe it is because of the color of my skin. The Banker Luther was the one who made me feel this way. I would not trust these people
