Came today on 5/21/25 was in drive through 25 minutes called button to see what was going on he hadn’t even started process both had attitudes I guess because I had the audacity to ask for the check back and went to personal bank to cash a regions check. Was going to open account for cashing my clients checks decided heck no if first experience is like this !
Talked to someone named Alexis on the phone in the fraud department to help me get my card turned back on i accidentally hit fraud on my text she told me she was rude and said she couldn't help me and I had to go in the branch on Tuesday and get a new card if I didn't want to wait for a new one poor customer service
Drive thru friendly and professional. Unfortunately , they never repaid my monies that I stressed alot to dispute.
