5-27-22 4:06PM - I was in town from Florida on real estate business, the teller, an older blonde woman, and manager, a younger guy with a high pitched voice, would not honor a cashiers check written from a local title company. Their only resolution was "go to the downtown location." I told them I was from out of state and I needed the money to close another deal but they did not care and they seemed to enjoy telling me NO. I switched to Regions when my current bank changed online banking and made it difficult for my accountant pull the info they needed every month. Regions seemed to be the answer to that problem as they still allowed linked accounts. It's been problem after problem with them. We refinanced 3 separate loans and they didn't get the correct payoff on any of them correct, so I had to fix them with my previous lenders.
