Because of her effort we were able to find exactly what we needed and we are very satisfied with our product. Also, all the staff behind the counter leaves us with a positive experience. 5-27-22 4:06PM - I was in town from Florida on real estate business, the teller, an older blonde woman, and manager, a younger guy with a high pitched voice, would not honor a cashiers check written from a local title company. Their only resolution was "go to the downtown location." I told them I was from out of state and I needed the money to close another deal but they did not care and they seemed to enjoy telling me NO. Because of this my other closing was delayed and I have to travel back to Illinois from Florida again. ... read more
