5-27-22 4:06PM - I was in town from Florida on real estate business, the teller, an older blonde woman, and manager, a younger guy with a high pitched voice, would not honor a cashiers check written from a local title company. Their only resolution was "go to the downtown location." I told them I was from out of state and I needed the money to close another deal but they did not care and they seemed to enjoy telling me NO. Because of this my other closing was delayed and I have to travel back to Illinois from Florida again. ... read more
