I have written an extensive survey and I love Regions Bank. The best there ever was or ever will be.
Waited 5(MINUTES) YES 5 minutes at the drive through and two “employees” and another one just sitting watching the screen didn’t even greet and say we’ll be there we have a few other customers we are working with.
Between the different branches and the 800 this particular branch was great! She was able to turn my mood completely around... for the better! She took care of my concerns and followed through with me at home, like she said she would. Great customer service! This is how a bank should treat customers! A+ on customer service! Very appreciated.....
I opened a new checking account at this branch. There was no waiting, Kristen was at the counter and was able to help me choose the best type of account for me. The process was completed in a very short time and I was very impressed.
