I have a business account with Regions Bank. In order to withdraw funds I have to get them from the ATM or write a check to myself and cash it. I visited this branch this morning to cash a $4,000.00 dollar check and was told by the bank teller that he only had $2,000.00 🤔 how is this possible? I then called the 800 # and was told that it’s up to each branch how much money you are allowed to cash a check for as if they are a franchise. So my next step is to close this account and move my money to a better bank.
This company never answers the phone. 24 minutes one day 12 minutes another and I finally hung up!
Today, We came to make a deposit close to 5 pm, teller was not too happy to see us or friendly, not happy to take care of customers so close to closing the store
