This Regions consistently takes 20-30 minutes per customer transaction. At any other bank, I’m in and out in 90 seconds. Not sure what they’re doing, but it isn’t servicing customers. It’s a joke. Don’t ever use this bank if you value your time, because they sure don’t value yours.
Everyone in this branch is as nice as they can be. They are always helpful, kind and smiling.I miss everyone there...I wish Regions was in Indiana where I had to move...
