I was going to give it some time to sit and try to let the company figure it out, but after literal months of frustration I've had enough. Not only did the banker who I spoke with mess up my account, but he didn't listen to the answer I gave to a question HE asked. I was asked if I would like to allow overdrafting, and I said no. Color me shocked when I had a $72, yes SEVENTY-TWO dollar charge hit my account because of an instance of overdrafting. Poor service
I love the regions bank, especially the one in Mopac, all the guys who work there are very professional and help you with a very good attitude, they are always happy to help their clients with whatever is necessary. Andres helped me open my account and gave me some very important advices that I always put into practice. If you need to open a bank account or other banking services, I definitely recommend Andres Guerra. He is very nice and his work is very professional , He is very helpful. Keep up guys your amazing work .
