ZERO STARS!!! This is the absolute worst bank organization in the United States. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this bank. They make EVERYTHING difficult. I had 80k in a money market alone and was treated like a peasant. The credit card is a joke. If there is fraud, it takes 1 hour or more to reach someone who works with the credit card department. I couldn't even change my payment due date without having to call them and WAIT OVER HOUR TO ASK TO CHANGE my payment due date. Oh!!! and you can't have certain d... read more
