When you receive the mailers DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT YOU WILL REGRET IT: I've NEVER experienced such incompetence and disregard for customer service as I have with Regions throughout this dispute process. What should have been a straightforward claim (like it was with my other bank) has turned into a complete disaster due to poor communication, repeated mismanagement, and a total lack of accountability.
