The architecture of this building is a work of art in itself. I had to come here for a reissue due to my debit card being locked out for the weekend and the process was smooth as silk.
I was very disappointed with my experience with banker Alexandra. She was quite rude and failed to clearly explain the proper protocol. The day before, she told me that I could come in the next day to get a replacement card, as long as I deposited money into my account—which was in a soft close because I had withdrawn all my funds after losing my card. I was extremely upset because of a phone scam involving my Region’s bank account.I went to the 100 E Vine St branch in Murfreesboro. In moments they had reassured me that everything would be fine. By the time I left I was so glad I had Regions and the guidance of the excellent employees that helped me!
