Regions seems to be doing everything within its power to drive me away, taking my commercial and personal accounts to JPMorgan Chase: substandard online security measures (e.g., not requiring 2FA at each login), limiting commercial account penny roll withdrawals to $5 and still ordering no pennies, closing the branch near my home on Saturday, insisting that I remove my baseball cap in the lobby yet not requiring the person next to me to remove hers, etc., etc.
