I recommend Regions to everyone! This branch specifically is my favorite. The staff are so kind, efficient, accommodating, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond and do their best to adequately solve any issues. I have been using this branch for 6 years now. 10/10!
Ben at the monroe office was very cool he took care of printing my new debit card and explained the delay about their system being down service was very friendly
Stephen Paul provided great customer service. Even when I called to ask questions days later, she was able to help me.
Super unprofessional. The workers laughed at me. It was uncomfortable. I recommend a bank with workers who actually qualify for the job.
