The people I have dealt with have been wonderful. I would recommend this bank to anyone coming into Florida.
ATM was out and we couldn't withdraw our own money because they didn't have withdraw slips. For real? Holding money hostage because you don't have a piece of paper is crazy.
I went in to open a checking account for Seniors, 62 and older.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Colby.He was very friendly,pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions.He handed me his card and said if I need help at any time to reach out.He gets a Gold Star from me.

Bank took money out of my account and did not send me any reason why. I showed up early to the bank and waited outside the door. Although I was the first person through the door the manager immediately started helping the lady who came in after me and when I called her out she took me first. The whole first minute of being at her desk the other lady was cursing and yelling and antagonizing me and the manager just sat there.
