Bank took money out of my account and did not send me any reason why. I showed up early to the bank and waited outside the door. Although I was the first person through the door the manager immediately started helping the lady who came in after me and when I called her out she took me first. The whole first minute of being at her desk the other lady was cursing and yelling and antagonizing me and the manager just sat there. Originally I changed to Regions at a friend recommendation after I had multiple problems with 2 other banks over time. Regions has been more than "perfect" in dealings with client and even making an extra effort to assure me with help when I am not sure how to handle a specific matter. Awesome is the only word I can use for Regions Bank
We had to wait a little bit because they just opened, The branch manager helped us, and she is a wonderful person who she helped us on open app a checking account in the savings. And everything went nice and smooth, so that's why I highly recommend this bank
