Bank took money out of my account and did not send me any reason why. I showed up early to the bank and waited outside the door. Although I was the first person through the door the manager immediately started helping the lady who came in after me and when I called her out she took me first. The whole first minute of being at her desk the other lady was cursing and yelling and antagonizing me and the manager just sat there. I normally do not write a review all that often unless I have an amazing experience and or something I feel like the business may need to look into slightly, but I wanna give Whitney at this regions branch five stars she is new, young, very friendly and patient now I understand my brain doesn’t work the same way computers do and normally I don’t go inside the bank to handle business But Miss Cathy, I think she might need a nap or maybe she has something going at home personal and I know it’s easier said than done to leave it... read more
Originally I changed to Regions at a friend recommendation after I had multiple problems with 2 other banks over time. Regions has been more than "perfect" in dealings with client and even making an extra effort to assure me with help when I am not sure how to handle a specific matter. Awesome is the only word I can use for Regions Bank
