I’ve been a member with regions and at this branch for over 2 decades.since they were amsouth.never once had a negative experience.i visit many regions branches due to my travel for work and always a pleasant experience.never had a negative encounter with any associate.when I go to this branch here on forest Nelson in PC almost everyone there greets me by name.that branch deserves 6 stars.
Good bank with good customer service. I am always happy to go in and transact my business at Port Charlotte branch. They always are willing to spend the time to answer my questions and help me with setting up new services and products. And they made the effort to remember my name.
