We moved our accounts here in May 2025. We had some fraud closing reopening accounts. Julie Vargas has helped us along the way probably 2 hours total at least. Best customer service of any kind we’ve had in a long time. Thanks so much Julie

I’ve been a member with regions and at this branch for over 2 decades.since they were amsouth.never once had a negative experience.i visit many regions branches due to my travel for work and always a pleasant experience.never had a negative encounter with any associate.when I go to this branch here on forest Nelson in PC almost everyone there greets me by name.that branch deserves 6 stars.
