After being with Regions (pkn Amsouth) for over 20 years, Natalie at the Oviedo Branch Lockwood can pat herself on the back for the poorest customer care, immaturity, and rude personality for me closing 4 accounts with Regions. Jeff use to be very helpful and had outstanding customer service, but after a conversation with Natalie it appears he has been demoted to "I can't say a word or make eye contact with you" drive-thru teller. I won't be doing business with Regions again. I came to Regions for a Construction Loan. They strung me along for 5 months, saying they could do a lot and construction loan. Then changed their mind. It was actually a mistake, but no one would admit they did anything wrong, or apologize. They wasted my time and duped me. Sue Finsterer was nice, and I even had to talk to her Manage Ron Rawson, but they never could admit they messed up bigtime.
