After being with Regions (pkn Amsouth) for over 20 years, Natalie at the Oviedo Branch Lockwood can pat herself on the back for the poorest customer care, immaturity, and rude personality for me closing 4 accounts with Regions. Jeff use to be very helpful and had outstanding customer service, but after a conversation with Natalie it appears he has been demoted to "I can't say a word or make eye contact with you" drive-thru teller.
