all regions banks only have automated lines talking to computers...you cannot call a bank and speak to a human being. just trying to find out where my atm/debit card is at is a hassle and no one to talk to via phone. what is going on with this world when you cannot talk to a human? Think I will stay with Suntrust, they actually have humans to talk to
