Mr Rivas was very helpful and courteous with me every time I've been to this branch.
No community banking here any longer, have been at this bank for 6 years with business and personal. Their Employees are forcing me to show ID and putting holds on large deposits which should not be done on a long standing relationship with a community bank. This bank use to greet you by name, go above and beyond to solve issues and release holds early if they reviewed your accounts and realized your accounts, balances, and deposits match this frequent activity on your behalf.
