No community banking here any longer, have been at this bank for 6 years with business and personal. Their Employees are forcing me to show ID and putting holds on large deposits which should not be done on a long standing relationship with a community bank. This bank use to greet you by name, go above and beyond to solve issues and release holds early if they reviewed your accounts and realized your accounts, balances, and deposits match this frequent activity on your behalf. Yesterday afternoon, I made a mobile check deposit and chose the funds “Available tonight” option, which should make the funds available that evening, as long as the deposit was made before 8:00pm (per Regions). I DID NOT CHOOSE TO USE THE “AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY” FEATURE AS IT CHARGES 1%-4% IN FEES. As stated in the Regions online disclaimer, the funds became available after 8:00pm that same evening. The hours for this bank are ridiculous! Why wait til 9 am to open? The drive through isn’t even open! Is there not a way you could at least open the drive through at 8 am?
