I never had any major issues with the service I recieved or any long wait times. I may have had one minor request denied but it was not a big deal. I was never treated badly since being a member (since Oct 25) but I regularly visit in person at least a few times a month. Again. I never had any major issues and most of the staff was very kind and friendly to me.
Fast and reliable service.
Honestly, every time I come to this location it's a problem. The people at the counter always have an attitude. Customer service is clearly not a priority. I'm honestly amazed some of your employees work with money daily. Save yourself the hassle and drive a mile up to road to other location if you prefer to deal with someone who is pleasant.
