The regions branch manager is very helpful and professional. I spoke with him regarding a issue with my account he was very helpful and polite. I really appreciate the great customer service.
I am happy with the staff working to help customers. Regions bank is up to date on there banking data. The staff is willing to help and manager of bank took care of my finanical needs on that day.
I went to get a paper notarized and the brunette teller was beyond rude. I left and when to another location.I will never visit this location and if I would have gotten her name I would post it. It only takes a moment to alter ones opinion.
