Years ago this was the only place I would go. Now? All they seem to care about is money. After losing a twin all they cared about was if I could pay them that day. I don’t quite understand why I am paying for an appointment where the only thing talked about was how much I was going to pay them? But whatever. They cancel appointments with no notice and turn you away. I had an appointment two days ago and I live an hour away in Alliance.. my appointment was at 11 and they decided to call me at 9:30 and cancel it and i did not receive that call as I was already on the road.. and hour and a half notice to cancel is not an efficient notice.. especially with someone who lives an hour away. wasted gas and money going to Scottsbluff. and they were so rude when I showed up not knowing they had called. honestly a joke.
My nurse was Amanda and I saw Dr. Painter, both were incredibly kind and helpful. They listened well and explained things to me clearly. Overall it was a very smooth and positive experience.
My wife had an appointment there. They told us the appointment was at 3:45 pm. She gets there at 3:30 pm. They told her her appointment was at 3:15 and now she can't be seen. Even though they make people wait for over an hour after their appointment to go back. What at joke
