Dr. Johnson has been remarkable in my treatments. I highly recommend the clinic.
I have had a wonderful pregnancy experience so far with the Women’s Center. I started off my pregnancy with hyperemesis which ended up requiring an extended hospital stay and having a PICC line for 5 months. During that time I was under the care of the triage nurse Megan who was a wonderful advocate for me, Adrian who was so kind and made sure I was seen by the right doctors, Dr Painter who went above and beyond to make sure I got setup with proper home health care, and Liz (Mary) who helped me through all of my appointments... read more
Years ago this was the only place I would go. Now? All they seem to care about is money. After losing a twin all they cared about was if I could pay them that day. I don’t quite understand why I am paying for an appointment where the only thing talked about was how much I was going to pay them? But whatever. I had been calling for two weeks which consisted of 7 phone calls trying to get a price for an out of pocket appointment. Which I was promised I would have an answer before I got there. I didn’t. They cancel appointments with no notice and turn you away. I had an appointment two days ago and I live an hour away in Alliance.. my appointment was at 11 and they decided to call me at 9:30 and cancel it and i did not receive that call as I was already on the road.. and hour and a half notice to cancel is not an efficient notice.. especially with someone who lives an hour away. wasted gas and money going to Scottsbluff. and they were so rude when I showed up not knowing they had called. honestly a joke.
My nurse was Amanda and I saw Dr. Painter, both were incredibly kind and helpful. They listened well and explained things to me clearly. Overall it was a very smooth and positive experience.
